My stress

Okay, so I took the test and came out to be a 14 out of 20. Which means that I am approaching the danger zone. I am starting to suffer and show stress-related symptoms and my relationships could be strained. It also mentioned that I need to think carefully about the choices I have make and take my own time out of my day to relax. What really makes me stress though is when I am TOO busy to sit and have time to myself and do the things I want to do. I am constantly on my toes between work, school and extra curricular actives. I also get stressed on the little things such as when people talk and I am trying to do my work. I usually deal with it by writing my problems in a notebook or I have stress pills that I take to make me calm down and relax.

  1. Maybe you could try to rethink what you put on your daily schedule and pick out the things that you don't really need, that way you can make room for some relaxation in the day.

  2. I hate not being able to do the things that I want because I am too busy. You could try sacrificing the first one or two days out of the week to get your work done, and then have time to do your own thing for the rest of the week.

  3. I don't like not having time to myself either, because you're always focused on something else instead of the things that you have to take care in your life. Good post by the way

  4. I personally don't like writing so I don't think this method would benefit me. But I would think that its effective because a lot of people do it.
